Our courses are available as a one-time purchase. We offer the option to pay in full or through multiple installments. All payments are processed through our third-party payment provider, Whop.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. To request a refund, you must contact us at support@framer.university within 7 days of your purchase.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included in our courses, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of NML Solutions - FZCO and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course content for your personal, non-commercial use.

5. User Conduct and Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Share your login credentials with any other person.

  • Copy, distribute, share, or resell the course materials in any form.

  • Download, record, or otherwise capture the course content.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate any of these Terms of Service, especially the restrictions outlined in Section 5. If your account is terminated due to a breach of these terms, you will not be eligible for a refund.

7. Disclaimers

Our courses are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific results from the use of our courses.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NML Solutions - FZCO be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
